If you use Notion as your main workspace, Neo Nagare can automatically forward notes to a Notion database as soon as they are created. This allows you to capture quickly in Neo Nagare and organize later in Notion, without any manual copying.
What gets synced
Each note is forwarded as a new entry in the Notion database you configure. The note text, creation timestamp, and any hashtags are included.
Syncing is one-way: notes go from Neo Nagare to Notion. Changes made in Notion are not reflected back in your Neo Nagare stream.
Setting it up
- Open the app settings and navigate to Integrations → Notion
- Paste your Notion API Key (Internal Integration Token)
- Paste the Database ID of the Notion database you want notes sent to
- Toggle Enable Notion Sync on
From that point, every new note you create will be forwarded to Notion in the background. The sync happens asynchronously — it won't delay you from typing your next thought.
Tag-based routing (planned)
A future version will allow you to route notes to different Notion databases based on their hashtags. For example, notes tagged #work could go to a work database, while notes tagged #personal go to a separate one.
Disabling the integration
You can disable Notion sync at any time from the same settings screen. Notes already synced to Notion are not affected.
